Designing Rings and Jewelry
You are welcome to visit us at any time. During our meeting, we will discuss your preferences, materials, and gemstones. Our store showcases a wide variety of ring and jewelry models, making it easier to find inspiration. Based on our discussion, we will create sketches, but the actual design process usually proceeds via email.
For custom work, we can incorporate materials from the customer’s old jewelry whenever possible, such as precious metals and gemstones.
Custom Order Timeline
The delivery time for custom work is at least two weeks. On average, the design and creation process for custom-made rings and jewelry takes about a month. However, we recommend contacting us as early as possible, as various factors can affect the schedule.
Design and Quotation
Designing a ring or piece of jewelry with us does not require a purchase decision. After the design process, we will provide a quotation based on the plan. If our offer does not meet your expectations, you are not obligated to place an order. We will begin production only after you have accepted our offer, at which point the order becomes binding. Our quotation is valid for one month.
After Placing an Order
The creation of a custom-made ring includes a fitting during the production process. This ensures that the work progresses in the desired direction and that the final product matches expectations.
Jewelry Maintenance
The purchase price of our products includes jewelry cleaning and surface restoration, such as polishing when needed. You may also inquire about maintenance for jewelry purchased elsewhere.
Jewelry Modifications
We carry out modifications and customizations for both new and old jewelry, whether purchased from us or elsewhere.
